Loving To Survive by Dee Graham et al should be read by all women because this book provides evidence of the many ways men enact their power and domination over women.
Graham et al is correct we do not know anything about women because compulsory heterosexuality and femininity were created by men to maintain male domination over women and to ensure women constantly focus solely on ‘am I meeting male approval or am I ‘a man-hater’ because I don’t put men first and myself last.
It just makes no sense…men create hateful sexist music-kill their wives and girlfriends-make us live in a “rape culture”-make horrible sexist and misogynistic movies-molest our kids-buy and sell women like candy etc yet us women are supposed to LOVE THEM??? I think not! Then we are okaying our own oppression by men. Why would I want to sleep with the enemy?! Only an idiot would do that! Most men think we are idiots anyways but us women are on to them. Solution- BE INDEPENDANT!!
